Students Challenge Local Authorities of Sustainable Development

Students on Forum for the Future's Leadership for Sustainable Development Masters programme have just spent a month working on sustainability in local and regional government. They are now organisinga seminar with expert speakers and looking at the challenge Local and Regional Authorities face of driving sustainable development during a recession.
Join the scholars and other public sector stakeholders to:
* Learn the reality of budget cuts and their likely impact on sustainable development
* Share your experience of working on sustainable development
* Hear from pioneering councils
* Explore how to justify projects and make cuts work for sustainable development
