Green Star Champion Award
This award recognised an individual who is actively driving forward change within the Public Sector. Individuals had to demonstrate a high level of commitment to long-term sustainable solutions to resource efficiency.
Entries could focus on projects such as waste minimisation, re-use, recycling, composting, education and awareness raising and other activities contributing to resource efficiency. The individual had to show they had achieved a high level of success within an organisation or within the Public Sector as a whole, and be well recognised as a champion internally or externally.
Entrants for this categories could apply themselves or be nominated by others.
