The Wales Public Sector Waste and Sustainability Conference and Awards 2010 were held at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff on Thursday 11 Febraury 2010 and were open for all the public sector in Wales to attend.

The Awards were the only awards of their kind in Wales, the UK and Europe, focussing specifically on celebrating what the public sector are doing in order reduce the environmental impact of their day-to-day operations.

The conference programme focussed specifically on the areas that the awards categories cover. The aim was to give delegates useful and helpful advice and guidance towards achieving positive environmental impacts through innovation, partnership working and a more sustainable approach.
